“Purchased a Kioti CK2620 a few months ago, which the process was clean, simple, and efficient.
A couple of weeks ago I had a one-off warranty issue with the machine. The Team at Smith and Sons was able to pick up, diagnose, and order parts for my tractor, all within a couple of days of me calling them. They were extremely communicative and kept me up to speed on everything that was happening, and was able to turn around the machine on a short deadline as I had a major project it was needed for. Worthless till next year.Edit: After seeing my review, the company owner called me to talk with me about my dissatisfaction and wanted to do what they could to make me happy. The wood is still wetter than I'd like, but this tells me a lot about the company and their commitment to their customers.“
