I can't say enough about how great it was to have found Richard to renovate our old house on the Cape. It was in pretty bad shape and needed lots of work - siding, roof, windows, and a bunch of other stuff to get it back in shape. Richard was amazing. He offered some really great suggestions, and most importantly would talk with me for hours about what we wanted to accomplish for this house. HIGHEST of recommendations for Richard. You won't be disappointed.

On Cape Cod, it can be difficult to find builders who know what they are doing and are also responsive, professional, thorough and fairly priced. Richard at Smarter Home is all of those things. We are thrilled with the outcome of our deck project - it's built with extreme attention to detail and precision - solid and stable, practical and functional, and looks beautiful. Richard brought new life to an old deck that needed to be overhauled, expanded and made ready to stand up the the worst weather Cape Cod can offer.
