My sewer line blocked up and crews led by Zach came out at 10:00 PM and opened 3 lines. The crew was very professional, courteous, respectful. They removed the blockage and used very modern equipment including a camera. The pricing was exceptionally reasonable and I recommend to others and would definitely use Ready Rooter again. Yesterday I had a homeowner “emergency” a clogged kitchen drain. I was referred by someone on FB to call Ready Rooter. I called them at 806PM and reached an answering service. That usually means a call back the next day. I was so anxious due to a house full of company arriving the following day. Literally in two minutes at 808PM Kevin called me back. He told me that the office would contact me first thing in the morning and get someone out. They did just that and the guys then followed within the hour. They were polite, informative, efficient and understanding. Explained what they were going to do. Told me how to correct something in my plumbing that would help with this in the future. Told me up front how much it was going to cost. Cleaned up after themselves and were on their way before 11 AM. I highly recommend this service. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY EMPLOYEES.
