I started going to Dr Jeff when my old chiropractor hurt himself and could no longer manually manipulate me. I have trauma so at first, I was very hesitant with Dr Jeff, especially with the abrupt change in chiropractors but Dr Jeff was extraordinarily patient with me. If I felt triggered, I was able to communicate that with him and he listened, validated and asked me what I needed to feel safe. He thanked me for sharing my needs and then met them.
