At last, I finally found and had my first polarity session with Georgieanna Bouchard and it was outstanding. She is now my go to person for polarity therapy. Her technique and command of the work along with a well developed awareness combined to focus on exactly what I needed. The environment and attention to detail along with the use of sound and other tools contributed to a deeply relaxing and restorative session that left me balanced and more aware of what I can focus on moving forward.Thank you Georgieanna.p.s. I cannot say enough good things about The Dojo. My daughter started going here in February and we are just utterly blown away by them. First, it's fun! My daughter laughs and enjoys every class. Second, she learns a ton! She's grown immensely in the last six months and her skills are impressive. Third, everyone who works there is so easy and great to work with. Shihan sets a great tone for the whole Dojo and I look forward to my daughter continuing to practice here for years to come.
