Just kidding…not kidding. Three bulging discs from 30 years of beating the you-know-what out of my body from basketball and I needed some help. I’ve struggled finding a great chiropractor since we moved to the North Shore 9 years ago, and after driving by Newman about a million times, I decided to pop in one day and see what they could offer me. And I’m so glad that I did.
It’s now been about 3 months of my personalized treatment plan and I can honestly say that I’m feeling much better. Dr. Jeff started me with a consultation where X-rays and measurements were taken and then an intensive plan was laid out.
From laser therapy, to shockwave therapy, to decompression and of course, Dr. Jake’s adjustments. We also added supplements and stacks to the plan as well as exercises after the first couple of weeks.
I can honestly say that of all the chiropractors I’ve ever been to, Newman is by far heads (and spines) above the rest. If you’re struggling with anything back, neck, spine, etc., I highly recommend Newman Chiropractic!!”
