I have nothing but praise for everything about 5 Dragons as a whole. Our son has adhd and we were worried coming into this how it would go but Sensei Rick has been so accommodating and helpful. Special shout out to Senpai Chase who has done an incredible job teaching our son each week while instilling discipline and helping him overcome the challenges he faces with his adhd. We couldn’t be happier!

Both of my boys go here and it’s been amazing for them, especially with confidence. My youngest used to be really shy and nervous in new situations, and now he’s raising his hand every class to “bow in the parents.” The growth has been incredible.
It’s not just about karate—they really focus on confidence, discipline, and respect in a way that carries over into everyday life. The instructors are so patient, encouraging, and truly care about the kids.

Our family loves it here! They do such a great job welcoming new people into the class and as parents of little ones, it was really important for us that our kids felt safe, seen, cared for, and heard. This place does such an amazing job at creating a sense of community, making things a lot of fun, and also instilling discipline and respect into each student. During our first class, I noticed how other students helped my daughters feel comfortable and even explained things to them about how things worked.
