Extremely friendly and professional customer service. Explained all charges in detail ahead of the tech coming out. No hidden surprises once the job was complete. Same day service and they only fixed what needed to be fixed and didn’t try to upsell or fix anything that didn’t need it. Would highly recommend to others and will use again in the future if needed.
Thistle Appliance Service. What a wonderful find! I had a noisy refrigerator that is still under warranty from Whirlpool. In October they sent out two guys from another repair company who were not qualified to help me. I waited to get past the holidays and contacted Whirlpool again. THis time they put me in touch with Thistle Appliance Service in Sagamore Beach. From my first call, I knew I was dealing with a 5 star company. Amy is very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. In a couple of days, Taylor came to the house and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. She ordered a new part and a few days later replaced the fan motor assembly. Taylor, your service person, was beyond terrific and was so professional, friendly and explained the problem, what she did as far as diagnosing the issue as well as explaining the best way for me to use the dials to be more efficient. Amy, thank you for going above and beyond for me in assisting me in resolving my dryer issue. You were so patient, supportive, friendly and professional with your advice I can’t thank you enough. I also recommended you to a friend whose husband owns an electrical business but has cut back on repairing appliances.
