I have a lot of hair anxiety because of bad past experiencesAs soon as I sat in Velvets chair I felt relaxed - that’s never happened to me before ! I just had my first Ouidad curly hair cut and style with Patrice, and it turned out FAR better than I expected or hoped. She actively listened to my goal, concerns, and desires; then she spent time learning my hair and curl pattern before heading to the wash station and working her craft. And it is craft: She has excellent technique and artistic talent when it comes to working curls. I am positively thrilled with this cut--haven't had a Ouidad cut like this in a decade despite visiting many other salons. Snaps to Patrice! And thanks a million!!
