think twice and then think again before you engage Hebb builders. Late timeframe for occupancy, disinformation given with no course of action allowed once the keys are transferred. Wish I did my homework prior to buying his condo building. stay away and avoid non stop personal anxiety.

Buying a condo from this builder is a real eye opening experience. If you heard of dirt bag builders he is one of the kings. Between ripping buyers off with add ons and having checks made personally to him. Or them to bullying you into tearing up a P&S agreement and rewriting it for 20 K more. All while knowing you can't back out at this point. HOA fees go to him and none of the things are taking care of other then grass cutting of the burnt out lawns. Buyer beware as he is trying now to split the association so he can continue taking funds from the last phase of buildings to be built.
