We recently moved back to this office after many years with another vet. We had our first appointing last week and had an excellent experience. The front desk personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. The vets assistant and the vet were also very friendly and very knowledgeable. Very impressed after our first visit.
I was so impressed by how clean and welcoming the clinic was, and the staff were incredibly friendly! The rooms felt cozy and even smelled nice. It was calming inside—you could barely hear any other animals. My cat and I both get anxious at the vet, and he usually hisses, but with gentle talking and a soft touch he relaxed. The staff listened to everything I shared, and Boo was wonderful with him. He’s actually running around afterward, which he never does after a vet visit. Truly the best experience—I promise you won’t be disappointed!
Amazing service!! My cat is incredibly difficult at the vet, he is very anxious and it comes out as aggression. Everyone was so helpful and kind! They took great care of him and we were able to get everything we needed from the visit which is not typical of a visit with my cat! I was so pleased with our visit, truly some miracle workers here:)
