I contacted pest control star for a mouse that we were unable to eradicate on our own and Erik came out quickly and provided multiple options at a reasonable price point with a warranty. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and the problem was solved within 2 days. Very responsive and professional.

We were at our wits end with mice getting into our car in the garage, and Erik responded the same day and was onsite the next. He worked to provide a solution that would also be safe for our dog, and was very knowledgeable about all products and safe application of them. We notice immediate results to the mouse problem.
