So happy that I posted on my town website and Erik responding and we scheduled him to come out of remove a huge wasp nest that was in my cellar. I will definitely be using Erik going forward to treat outside to prevent this from happening again.tha k you again Erik for your quick response and remedied the problem
We needed same day service and Erik at Pest Control Star showed up within 30 minutes. He was kind, efficient and took care to explain the process he used to remove a hornet's nest from our yard, particularly the substance he used, which is important to us to know. His price was below the corporate price and he was personable and trustworthy. The hornet's nest removal took a short time and gave us a massive sense of relief. I would highly recommend using Pest Control Star!
Had a very large bald faced hornet nest in my backyard, Erik was very prompt and answered my text message almost immediately. He quickly came out and took care of the nest for me before one of my kids got stung! His prices were the best I have seen, and he did excellent work!
