Central Mass Oil went above and beyond to ensure my oil tank was kept full and my boiler was operating. Doesn't sound like too much but I was 12000. miles away and their attention during 5 weeks of mid-winter absence and difficult access conditions rate 5 stars all day. I've been in business a long time and it's when you have a problem that you find out what professional relationships can be counted on. Excellent company. 5 stars all day/every day.

This team is always there to help us when things go wrong in the middle of night in winter (which is, of course, when things break). Fair prices and high integrity people. They've never tried to upsell us on equipment or service. Highly recommend.
