Have used Maffei now for a new Heat Pump/AC and a new tankless boiler. The personnel in the office and the service providers are very responsive, professional and personable. They have followed up on any issue until resolved and if there’s a question Greg Maffei the owner always steps up to make sure things are completed correctly. They have helped with multiple situations like recently our boiler was leaking in our basement and we weren’t home. They worked with our neighbor to handle the situation that evening until we arrived home. Then when we found we needed to replace the boiler they did it the next day. We would highly recommend Maffei plumbing.

Came next day to service/repair AC Unit which is very, very old. Did what they could do and referred us to another company that handles warehouse units. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Even spoke to the other company to explain our issue. Also installed a toilet seat while here. A plus service. Will recommend and call again.

What started out as a fairly routine hot water tank replacement ended up getting complicated, requiring two different visits by two different techs in two days. These guys were fantastic!! And it all took place over Labor Day weekend…. I am grateful for their patience, professionalism and attention to detail. MAffei is definitely on my “go-to” list!!
