Have used Maffei now for a new Heat Pump/AC and a new tankless boiler. The personnel in the office and the service providers are very responsive, professional and personable. They have followed up on any issue until resolved and if there’s a question Greg Maffei the owner always steps up to make sure things are completed correctly. They have helped with multiple situations like recently our boiler was leaking in our basement and we weren’t home. They worked with our neighbor to handle the situation that evening until we arrived home. Then when we found we needed to replace the boiler they did it the next day.
