Dr. Callahan truly cares for all of his patients. My cat, Jaxon, is just over 1 year old, and he suddenly got ill, and I didn’t know why. Dr. Callahan and his staff have been so amazing, kind, and patient with me through this whole situation. They have all gone above and beyond for Jaxon. They show so much care and love for both him and I. When your fur baby is sick, it can be very scary. Not once did anyone make me feel I was being annoying or like a bother, even though I called a few times a day to check on him. Thank you, Dr. Callahan and staff! You are all truly amazing! Brought my cat here for the first time today.Absolutely loved the staff, and Dr. Callahan. Very intelligent, kind, and they all had patience, especially with my daughter , LOL. I’m so happy to have found Dr. Callahan thanks to howie Carr! Will definitely come back!!!
Dr Matthew Callaghan is excellent. The treatments are honest, professional and delivered with integrity and real care. We've been using Ipswich Animal Hospital for maybe 15 years now, and every encounter has been positive.
Whether treating our puppies for the occasional ailments, delivering annual routine care or helping us in the toughest of times by coming into his office at 3:00 am as one of our puppies was passing, we've always been delighted. And BTW, that includes all the staff, from front desk onward!
The only reason we gave them 5* is because 10* wasn't an available option!!
