I recently learning harp and I rented a lever harp from them. The whole process was really flawless. They are very professional, and I wish they have pedal harp for me to ugrade but with back ordered, I can’t have it. I have been buying whole set of strings from them online as well. I bought my pedal harp from them 3 years ago and even though I haven't purchased a lot of things from them since then they still remembered the sale. Super nice people. I bought my set of replacement strings from them today.
