They made the experience easy when they arrived first day they were very pleasant. The second and third day they heard my dog barking. So they came in before unloading the tools from van.
To acknowledge the dog. As a pet owner this meant a lot to me.

Also, every time they need to leave, they made sue I was aware they left and were coming back.“

“Alex truly is awesome. He has come out to my place a couple times now. Once to clean up after our sump pump leaked and again this weekend to clean our hall and bedroom carpets that I am ashamed to admit hadn’t been cleaned in a couple years at best. I didn’t think he’d get them much cleaned BUT he got them looking new again with the exception of one of stain idk where it came from but compared to how they looked, they’re amazing now and I am no longer ashamed to have people over.
