The owner was super rude to me. She's supposed to be Christian, but she doesn't set a good example. I went one day to get my hair done by one of her employees during her working hours, and when I asked for her, the owner responded very rudely and with a bad attitude, saying she wasn't there and that I should have called first. There's supposed to be a schedule, and there's no need to talk to people as if they're bothering you. I never went back, losing customers just cause of her attitude so sad.

I was greeted casually by an employee whom seemed to be the owner.
There was a non stop conversation among the two employees, and a third one that later joined, across the salon.
What I am the most upset about is my experience under the hooded dryer. Not once was I asked if the temperature was okay and the in going conversation made it difficult to say something to them. Usually it gets hot under the hooded dryer, especially with the metal hair pins, but it got to a point where it was unbearable. I interrupted them and asked for the temperature to be lowered.
