Ivan is fantastic! He is incredibly knowledgeable. We thought we had a critter in our attic and called Ivan to come out to assess the situation. He took his time looking over our home from the basement up and by the time he got to the attic, he knew almost immediately we had a bat! He was very professional and personable! He loaded us up with a ton of good information. We couldn’t have been happier with the service call, quick response, and will most definitely be using him for any future needs!
Ivan is amazing!!! Not just at getting rid of pests, but his professionalism and customer service are the BEST! I have used Ivan to help me manage all sorts of pests - carpenter bees, ants, mice and spiders. I have recently had to deal with a weasel!!! Living near (on) a narsh, the weasel was bringing all sorts of kill into my home and creating a huge mess! Though not typical of his services, weasels fall into the realm of wildlife, he helped me as I was not able to get a wildlife expert for weeks!!!! Just today he successfully live-trapped this vermit!
