Sweet Nancy absolutely saved me after a rather *unfortunate* color off accident. Everyone in the salon took their time and great care with my hair and it turned out better than I could have imagined.I will absolutely come back, I have found my new hair salon (and more including nails, lashes and skin) 10/10 recommend. That was the best experience I’ve had at a beauty salon! They made me feel like I was a VIP. Nancy did my hair and she was so gentle and nice. At the end of my visit, they gave me instructions. I’ve never had that before. It makes me so happy. They helped me learn how to take care of my hair. I hated doing my hair but my experience at Timeless Beauty in Revere, MA changed that. Thank you so much. The woman behind the desk was the one who made my appointment. I think her name is Leti. She was also super nice. I’m definitely going back!

I give this place more than 5 stars, the people are very friendly, the waiting time is 0, so they respect people's time, they go the extra mile to the processes, everyone does the work with a lot of love because for them The most important thing is the client, my family and I have been in Boston for more than 20 years and without fear of saying it, it is the first Beauty Salon where everything is comprehensive, nothing to do with all the salons in East Boston which I have visited where the The wait is long so let's make an appointment, the people are petulant and very conceited, and they do a basic job.
