“Jon did a fantastic job installing multiple closets in our new construction home. Throughout the entire home building process, he was the easiest person to work with BY FAR. From the start, he gave us a timeframe of when to expect shipment of the materials and closet installation. He stuck to that timeframe to a tee, even going out of his way to email me multiple times checking in and to give me updates. He was in our home doing the installation within days of having received our closet materials. If I could give him 6/5 stars, I would. “I have had the opportunity to work with Meridian custom homes in many capacities. I have worked with them while landscaping their clients new builds, their model homes and their personal homes.
Working on any of the above I would have to say that the owners Alex and Rod and their project managers are always right there when I need them. This is key when you are trying to meet deadlines. Most builders/developers do not accommodate unique situations throughout the build process. They are humble enough to admit a mistake and quick to fix. With all projects there will inevitably be obstacles and with their commitment to their/our clients and their get it done attitude it always seems to make the challenges easier.
I have also personally seen their commitment to quality on the inside of their builds and also to their warranty process. They employ a solid team and obtain solid subcontractors as well. A point to note also, their subcontractors stand behind their work also.“
