Truly recommend this company. They are great and responsive. I had called and left a message on their emergency line and had a callback within half hour and as unfortunately at the time the city had shut off the water. It was actually the city worker who recommended Fernco to me as I had no clue who to call for this type of work. Within the hour Brandon came out and was very knowledgeable, respectful, and upfront about my options after assessing the situation. They took care of the rest. Grateful for their support and great work!

I had a home sewage effluent pump problem. I spoke with Dave and he was honest and knowledgeable about my situation. Frenco Services sent Brandon out to diagnose my problem. It was repaired efficiently and reasonably. If you have a sewage problem don't hesitate to call Frenco Services. They are the best! Thanks, Dave

The technician called when he was on his way, was thorough, professional, explained what he was doing. We were totally confident that he knew what needed to be done and how to do it. And he had all the parts that he needed - that's not always the case when we have a repair person come out without knowing the extent of the repair. We would highly recommend Fernco.
