For the past two years , 3x per week in a class with 6 others, my 2 primary instructors , Erika and Lisa, have continuously encouraged and guided us to master the proper technique to achieve maximum benefit. Erika, the owner, is not only fully certified in Pilates, but she also trains other instructors. Healthy Changes Pilates is simply the best pilates studio in the area. I have been taking classes here for about 7 years, 2-3 times a week and love it. The instructors are knowledgeable, trained, and provide individualized instruction in a small group setting so you can rest assured you are doing the movements correctly and safely. The community here is friendly, supportive, and fun. Shout out to Lisa and Erica, my favorite instructors! Give this place a try - you won't regret it!
