“I came here twice, and so far, I want to thank Phoebe for doing an amazing job on my nails! The first time, I came without an appointment, and Phoebe started on my nails until her actual appointment arrived, then I was transferred to a different tech. The other tech was great but did her best, especially since Phoebe took care of the base. The second time, I made an appointment, so Phoebe did my nails and pedicure, and both turned out amazing!
