Let me start right off by saying they were great. My elderly father who lived alone was in steady health decline to the point he was bed bound & required 24 hour care that the family could not do on our own. I contacted Visiting Angles & spoke with Jennifer who was instrumental in getting this all set up, she was so helpful. The aides were awesome in tending to my dads needs, keeping him happy, clean & fed. They would also do some grocery shopping & light housework, honestly the house was cleaner with them there than before they came. My dad has passed now but I will have a good memory of dealing with Visiting Angles during the very difficult last year... read full review

Linda has just been the find of finds for our family. She is just wonderful. I’ve used a different branch of this company for my uncle in VA as well and they’ve been just amazing. Can’t recommend enough. It might take one or two tries to find the right personality fit as it has for us, but once you do, it’s amazing. Thanks all!

I give them 4 stars because I know from experience in the past that they do care about their clients. The complaint I have is i applied for a home health aide position and I kept up with calling to see how my application was coming along. I got told by the hiring manager to stop calling because it makes matters worse ? which I thought that was a rude thing to say and someone would be in touch with me. Well,I called one more time after that day's later and left a message and no one got back to me at all! Not even having the respect to say if I'm hired or not after calling after call because I wanted to work for them. I'm really disappointed with them. I... read full review
