I called for a repair. The people that came were friendly and the service was good. The repair took longer than anticipated but that was fine, their goal was to get my furnace working and that is what they did. There was a mistake that they owned up to and I completely respect that, not many companies would own up to a mistake they did, they would just charge the client.

RCL Mechanical stayed till the job was done. It turned into an all day installation. New furnace, blower motor was bad, had to replace it. Even with a new motor the furnace still had problems. The brand new furnace right out of the box was wired wrong at the factory. Not their fault but their installation. It is up and running. Sincerely David O'Connell

Overall very satisfied with the final results. 5+ rating for Lucas & his son (very professional and on top of his game. Knows what to do to get the job done) recommend him highly. 5 for Kevin for following up with the project and ensuring that all the missing parts were corrected. Why the 4 star? The project would have gone smoother if not for the mistake the others made. Again thanks to Lucas & Kevin. We arr currently enjoying our new system.
