I was a dedicated customer at petsmart until recently. My dogs were groomed there, participated in training, and I purchased hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise for several years. So it was extremely disappointing how management handled a situation that was clearly a mistake on their part. After working in retail for more than 25 years myself, it was shocking how unprofessional a staff could be. Their first mistake was not addressing my issue immediately. The second mistake was blaming me as a customer. The third mistake was not taking responsibility. The last mistake was not compensating the customer for the inconveniences. Terrible experience with their grooming salon. I have a regular groomer who has been unavailable. I book my appointment over a week in advance since- I have a job and 2 kids, appointments are always challenging. I get a reminder call YESTERDAY and then today- day of appointment I am told "they're not sure how I was allowed to book this appointment online. Groomer has 4 appointments scheduled and can only take 3 in a session". And they want to reschedule. After I took time out of work and arranged my children's schedules to make this work. So upsetting! And I, we did it reschedule!!

I cannot thank PetSmart enough! They helped me achieve my weeks long dream of buying a goldfish! I've had some horrible experiences trying to buy goldfish before (I'm looking at you Park Avenue Bird and Pet Supplies) so this was a very refreshing experience! The store itself was beautiful and full of adorable healthy creatures. The staff was out of this world amazing! I was directed expertly to my desired location, and they set me up perfectly to ensure my fish will live a long and fulfilling life!
