Because our doctors only refer us to the ER since Covid, health express raynham has essentially become our primary care. In the last 2 years they have treated myself and family for Covid (I needed Paxlovid), infections, Shingles, pneumonia, bronchitis, and other issues. In some cases, they have been the follow-up to a doctor/hospital visit. My husbands shingles were misdiagnosed after an 8 hour ER visit. The next day when he was in agony Health Express diagnosed and prescribed for the problem. My primary care saw me for upper respiratory issues a year ago and gave antibiotic. This didn’t help but they couldn’t see me again for a week. Health express prescribed Albuterol and steroids and I had immediate relief. Problem solved. Touch down! They always answer phone. Yes there is sometimes a wait but what do we expect when they themselves are inundated. I would give them a six if I could. Thank you thank you thank you
I’ve been fortunate to have had three great experiences in the last two years at Health Express Raynham. Each visit was unrelated to previous visits. The staff was on point, professional and I felt comfortable and confident in their care. Two of the visits required referrals to specialists. My docs are in Boston at a highly rated hospital and their specialists all agreed with Urgent Cares diagnosis ultimately requiring surgery in one of the situations. I highly recommend Health Express Raynham for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to listen and answer any questions while in the appointment or at any time needed in the future.
