Today, I had a rather delightful eye exam that left me both informed and reassured. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I encountered a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the visit. The star of the day, without a doubt, was Jackie, the technician, who was nothing short of professional and personable.
As she guided me through the various tests and procedures, Jackie’s expertise was evident in every step. She explained each part of the exam with clarity, making sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. Her approachable manner made it easy to ask questions about my vision and eye health, fostering a sense of trust and ease.
Everyone here is so amazing! The doctor was very helpful and answered all questions I had. While picking out my glasses they gave me all of the time I needed and great recommendations, they also cleaned my original pair well. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
I had such a wonderful experience at Eyes on Randolph. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional.
