I just has the most Incredible experience with this practice. I was able to secure an appointment in one day. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Herman. He is knowledgeable, experienced and has a great bedside manner. I really appreciate that he provided multiple treatment options and explained the pros and cons of each one without rushing the appt. you can tell that he truly enjoys what he does and doesn't cut corners.

I called two other practices before them and I was told it was a 3 to 4 month wait.

The Entire staff was kind and helpful. You are in good hands with this practice. I wish I can give this place 10 stars.

I had a 10 minute appointment for eczema on my hand. Victoria Kuohung wrote me an prescription and i was on my way. I have no issues with her what so ever. The front desk, however, told me i didn't owe anything because my insurance covered it. 2 weeks later i'm getting a $400 bill in the mail. I would love to go back because the doctor was nice, but they aren't transparent about the costs.

Dr. Broussard-Steinberg is amazing, and she is very informative. She takes the time to listen and will thoroughly explain any question(s) you have. I highly recommend DermCare Experts.
