The spa is very clean and the beds are nice and relaxing with massage. The staff is very friendly and the end of treatment blow dry was a nice touch. I got the 70 minute head spa. The head spa was too rough and not relaxing. Next day my head was bruised. There wasn't an opportunity to speak up but this is probably something they should ask the customer is how hard they would like the massage. Overall would recommend

Very nice and polite staff I was so scared to get a scalp message because I have curly ethnic hair but they did such an amazing job. I layed there for 70 minutes the nice woman doing my hair massaged and washed my hair so well. I’m very pleased and will definitely be going there again. The only thing I don’t do is the blow dryer at the end because it’s not for us curly hair girlies!

I was initially a little nervous about getting a head spa treatment here as the reviews were mixed. But I am so glad I didn’t let a few bad reviews dissuade me.

I had an amazing experience doing the 70 minute treatment at a price that cannot be matched.

I didn’t find anyone to be rude, as other reviews stated, everyone was kind and helpful. There was potentially a bit of a language barrier but it is a Japanese Spa. I appreciate anytime someone from another language background tries to communicate with me in what isn’t their native language.
