The gym is great for kids and adults alike, with a focus on Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It has a reputation for producing UFC fighters and champions, and is known for being a genuine martial arts gym, not a "McDojo".
I’ve been going here since for 12 years. Great family atmosphere, top notch coaches with tons of experience, great mix of competitive fighters and enthusiasts. No egos. Welcoming to all. But still pumps out UFC; fighters and Muay Thai champions. The opposite of a McDojo.

Trifecta is great. Incredible. Everything you need under one roof, great family first atmosphere. The coaches are top notch, you will not find a better MT/JJ gym in the area. Just a great experience from day one (started years ago).
