The best time of year to get your chimney cleaned in your home is between spring and late summer, I failed to do so and had to call Richard the morning of Christmas Eve. When it started getting colder and I started using the fireplace more often I realized that my fireplace smelled like a campfire and the damper was black. Richard and his team came out immediately On CHRISTMAS MORNING, and fixed my chimney problem. They cleaned up and left my fireplace like new and my house the way it was.
