I changed my no response review because I had a very satisfying phone call from the owner Tim and I was grateful, so thank you Tim. The previous guy resolve the initial problem and the price was reasonable and I thought he was very amiable but!!! Thanks to Tim we are on a better track and I will use them again.

We have used T&K for many years. Tim and Kevin treat us right . Fair prices, good work, trustworthy, everything you would want in your service contractors . Won’t use anyone else!

Tim was great, was able to troubleshoot, give lots of advice and how next steps. Most importantly he responded so quickly and was at the house in an hour. Also, gave great advice about an upcoming trip to Aruba!
