Great customer service. I called these guys over a washing machine shutoff issue I had, they diagnosed it over the phone, I bought the piece and installed. Would recommend this outfit!
Some prior comments could hold true that when walking through the door unannounced to look at product and trying to speak with a sales person without an appointment might be difficult. I experienced this 1 of the 3 times I went there. The other 2 times I was met by an extremely helpful front desk person who went out of her way to assist me. When I followed up days later on the phone I got a sales women named Tish who was incredibly helpful & pleasant and walked me through things. I ended up placing the order with her.
