I originally wanted to open a decoration company today. I went to this company because a restaurant company also opened here a few years ago. I trusted them very much, so I gave them the money (cash) first. When I started doing it, I discovered that there was a hidden fee. I didn't say anything when I asked before, so I decided not to open it yet, and asked for the money to be refunded first. I was deducted $50.00, which was said to be a consulting fee. It's $50.00. I can afford it. It's not a big deal. It's just that you make too much money. Hardly! Another tax year is right at the corner, while i am looking for an accountant to do my tax, it reminds me of an experience that i had with Reliable Tax Service in Hancock st, Quincy from last year. I am sorry that i have to say it was a bad experience. I have done taxes (myself and my families, 4 taxes in total per year) there in the past 3 years, the first couple years went okay. There were minor issues but it went fine eventually and I can tell they were willing to help. Last year, due to COVID, we were not able to enter the office to do our taxes per usual, instead, we have to hand off critical documentations at the door and write down info needed for them to complete the tax return. I do understand this kind of process as many other other businesses are doing something similar to protect themselves as well as customers. However, it turned out they made 3 times of mistakes on my tax, and i have to go back and forth for three times to fix/clarify. Not going to elaborate what the mistakes were (both minor and major) but now i have to doubt their professionalisms and courtesy from a customer's perspective. I need a more Reliable Tax Service!!!

Truly an awesome experience working with them. I had multiple needs including tax returns and registering a company. They have answered all my questions thoroughly and have made many great suggestions for my new business. I look forward to working them closely going forward.
