This is one of the most enjoyable yoga experiences I've had. Dee's vibrant and relaxed energy makes everyone feel comfortable. She is skilled at bringing together everyone's varying levels of yoga. Recently I had the privilege of practicing next to a woman in her 80s seated in a chair. We were moving at completely different capacities yet it felt like we were gaining the same experience. This is because you are able to challenge yourself at the level you are at. The church space is very warm and inviting. You will leave feeling at peace.
