I felt confident that I was receiving excellent care. Jessica (RDH) was very professional in manner, appearance, service and response to questions and concerns. She was thorough and gentle while providing care, also shared concerns with me and Dr Ferro who discussed options for follow up. No high pressure, but suggestions that included option to move forward, get second opinion, continue to monitor, or act proactively. My choice.
Been a patient for almost a year after many, many years of not seeing a dentist. Very very pleased and happy with Dr Ferro, Jessica hygienist and Noor at front desk. Just got a crown in 2 hrs instead of waiting weeks between temporary and permanent crown. Office is so convenient and plenty of parking.
