When I used to live in Boston I tried to go once or twice a week. In Scandinavia, the sauna is a religious experience, and I took many friends to this very satisfying place. I’m visiting now that I moved away and I’m glad to see I can visit them today!
I use to go every Monday night until Covid hit does anyone know if they’re closed permanently? If so any recommendations? Hope you are! Great atmosphere, super friendly remembered you never rushed and super clean! Roomy with the 3 rooms I miss it!
I am still warm and grinning, loose and floppy from this amazing experience. From the tubular bells and rocks in the waiting room, we waited to be called. The upstairs is a row of doors, classic doubled dressing rooms lead into a shower room, then into the steam room. Control of the heat and steam is a lever that sprays water on a super-hot radiator. Smell of cedar and steam. Blessed heat on a winter evening. So good.
