Should be zero stars! So incredibly unprofessional! Tell me how FedEx justifies not delivering my pillows and sheets because they falsely claimed no one was here (which is a LIE, I've been home all day. I'm disabled and don't go out) But they have zero problems dumping my brand new $4000 bed outside on the stoop on the same damn day! I watched the driver drag my stuff off the truck. Let it smash to the ground. And then just flipped it end over end, (letting it smash to the ground with each flip) to get it up to the door. If you've ever wondered why your stuff is damaged when it arrives, it's these lazy, clumsy, disrespectful delivery drivers. Then when he saw me coming...read full review
