Our High rise condo building had water seepage and needed extensive brick work as well as window replacements. This building had water infiltration for over 20+ years. BBIC’s entire crew are very respectful. I was most impressed that the two owners (husband) Ben and (wife) Colleen worked so hard along with their crew.
The back of the building was repaired and renovated with new windows, which This corrected the water infiltration. They worked long hours on hot summer days and have been contracted to repair the rest of the building.
