Contacted Apollo to do the ceiling of my finished basement. Traded phone calls and emails with the owner Mike; he said he’d be here on a Thursday to give me an estimate. He didn’t show or follow up with a call to explain the no show. I had to call him to reschedule and he picked Saturday. Again, he did not show and did not call/email to provide a reason. Two appointments set up on days he chose, and he no showed on both without any type of contact explaining it. He then emailed me to reschedule for a third time and I declined.

Many things i can say about this crurupt company. They hire anybody without checking their backgrounds. They have criminals working for them, how can i trust them in my home? The owner Michael Depaolo has his son mikel working for him who also has a criminal record for stealing. His son doesn’t know what the hell hes doing and makes the company look bad. Its a shame because Mike used to have a reputable business, and its gone down the tubes. Word of advice to Michael DePaolo, train your employees and son before sending them out to do access a ceiling or work on a ceiling so they know what the heck they’re doing.
