I love the staff at American Dental. They’re always courteous and kind and I feel like they’re not judging me. Everyone is warm and welcoming and that’s pretty important when you’re going to the dentist. I have the usual anxiety, but once I get there, I feel confident in their ability to help me with whatever problem or just to get a cleaning. I have visited other American Dental offices and it’s the same but I prefer the one in Quincy.

I’m someone who has had some traumatic experiences with dentists and have neglected my teeth because of it. I’ve finally found a dentist that makes me feel calm, takes the time to explain what’s happening and makes sure I’m doing okay. The whole staff has been amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone who has had bad experiences with dentists. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I want to give a special thanks to everyone working there, they are so helpful, understanding and patient, thank you to Hanan the assistant whenever i go she always make sure to explain everything to me, very kind and so helpful i like when she helps doing my teeth, Dr Brittany always smiling happy to help i will never forgot when i went to remove an old crown ( that i did it long time ago in my country) that was very hard to remove but she did her best to do it perfectly. Thank you to both the other assistants they really nice and helpful.
