As a recent former employee all I can say is avoid at all cost! I will say there are many dedicated and well-intentioned employees at this Faciliyy, however the upper management staff is so dysfunctional patient safety and care is not a priority.I think that the four partial hospitalization program's are fantastic, especially the child and adolescent program run by Lisa Russo. But again do not go inpatient at advance medical.
