Great instruction and a rare mix of Yoga, Strength, and Pilates all in one place. The staff and members are very welcoming, creating a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Plus, the pricing is excellent for the quality and variety of classes offered. A fantastic local fitness spot.
Edit 1/29/2024: I've been going to Audrey every month consistently for the past several years and I can't believe I functioned without her! It's like she communicates with every individual muscle. My quality of life is so much better under her care!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Audrey is amazing! We moved to Princeton in January 2021 and I hadn't gotten a massage in about a year due to the pandemic. I have a lot of back and neck issues due to working for 15 years as a labor and delivery nurse and I was in a lot of pain and was having a lot of headaches. Audrey worked her magic with me and I feel so much better! I've been going back at least every 1-2 months and it's so worth it. She makes the massage both therapeutic and relaxing. She also is very clean and COVID conscious and I really appreciate that! She's easy to communicate with too. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!

Alan came & gave me a quote right away. He came to do the work the very next week with a crew of 5 & all of the equipment needed complete the removal of 4 trees. They worked seamlessly on the job of trimming, cutting, & removing w/ a crane to the street where they completed grinding the branches & removing all debris. They made a big job look easy!!

I called today to hopefully have a question answered and left a message on voicemail. Well, you know how that usually goes... 3 weeks later and you get a reply from an impatient person. Well nothing could have been further from the truth here. Attorney Smith got back to me less than an hour later, he and I discussed the issue that I was concerned about, he answered my questions, and informed me in more detail about what was going on. Couldn't speak more highly of the conversation that we had and if I ever needed to hire someone I would absolutely consider him based on the nature of my case. Thank you again sir for your help!
very nice people. they do a great job on nails. very affordable! and it’s $50.00 for a french. highly recommended! they also don’t charge for a nail replacement.
