The quarterly services effectively control insect and other creature control. Terminix has been responsive in the interim to other pest issues we may have had. Our technician, Connor Bryant, must be your most professional, polite, hard-working and responsive employee - although I must say that when we've had a sub or other Terminix reps visit our home, they, too, have been delightful to deal with. I applaud Connor's work ethic, knowledge and communication skills and admire a company that employs such professionals as Connor.
My technician, Dan Towers, is largely the reason I choose to stay with Terminix. He is professional, polite, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS responsive! I have recommended many friends and family to Terminix because of him!Service: General pest inspection
Termite person was supposed to be at the house at 8 AM as I told them I was leaving at 10 AM. They didn’t show until 10:30 AM while I was gone. Pest appointment Monday morning went great!Services: Hornet & wasp extermination
