I gave 5 stairs for my best hygienist who genuinely cares about her patients. I am lucky to be one of them. I know I am in her calm hands. I have had many hygenists at this office.
Voicing my opinion, that I am very concerned for the difficulty of getting future appts which started today. Being a patient for years now coming 4 times a year Faithtully..for my must have cleanings and learning today that appts are 6 months out. Totally booked!! For now the only choice I had was 12/24. Option was to be put on a cancellation list. If it snows oh well??? My next appt is not until March 2026. Is this not insane!!! Something has changed in this office for booking... read full review
We recently located from the island of Maui, Hawaii to Cape Cod. So each business that we become a customer of, is looked at with fresh eyes. Pocasset Family Dental is now taking care of our family of 4. There are so many positives that a review can’t list them all. But here’s a few: great communication- text reminders and phone calls. And if you are a new patient and the first appt is months away, they will call you if you want to get in earlier via cancelled appts from current customers. Tara is the best! So kind and engaging with a great sense of humor <3 The girl who did my X-ray’s was the sweetest as well! The reception is always incredibly kind and inviting. I hate going to the Dentist but the staff makes it so much better!
