Called ahead to make sure they had prescription safety glass frames in store to try on. When I got there, the woman sitting at a table on her phone informed me that they were only available with bifocal lenses. Called another location and confirmed that she was incorrect, so she either just wanted to go back to her phone or has zero clue about the products she is selling.

Got kept waiting for over a half hour just to be told at the last second that they don't take our insurance? Could've told me that over the phone when we were making our appointment! They'll wait until it's almost too late just to try to scam you for full price at the last second.

I went there to get an eye exam and Dr. White wasn’t wearing gloves the room was sketchy then when I had to go to a different room she was very rude and her tone was very aggressive. Then when I got my glasses they don’t even work and makes it harder for me to see and doesn’t keep my eye straight. I have to squint to be able to see wearing them. Do not recommend
