I had such a wonderful experience with Brittany! From the moment I sat in her chair, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. I have a very sensitive scalp, and she was so gentle throughout the entire appointment. She constantly made sure I was comfortable and took her time during every step of the process, which I truly appreciated.
On top of that, my color came out absolutely amazing. Brittany really listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly — the dye job was even, vibrant, and exactly the look I was hoping for. While looking lost around the store yesterday Shamus stepped in to help his product knowledge was amazing helping me find what i need. He had great energy. I don't often come into the store but i might come in more after this experience.
I was shopping at this store today and Lucy was helping me with my Brow purchase. I forgot my color, so I asked her to look it up. I don't usually go to this store. She said I don't see any! Do you want me to help you. Yes, I said. So, she helped me with even a new product to help fill in the bare spots in my brows. Lucy spent a lot of time with me. I asked a few questions of her, and she told me about school, I wished her the best. She was so out going, very happy, smart. I highly recommend Lucy to anyone that goes in that store and needs help. I have a few of your stores near me, but I may just make the 40-minute ride to see her happy smiling face, she made my day....read full review
