Brittany did such a fabulous job I booked out my next 2 appointments with her! She was so chill, wasn't fazed by me bringing photos of my favorite actor covered in blood as reference photos (sorry, his hair looked amazing) , and treated me completely normally as a trans man getting a masculine haircut--not a common experience for me even in Massachusetts!
I had such a wonderful experience with Brittany! From the moment I sat in her chair, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. I have a very sensitive scalp, and she was so gentle throughout the entire appointment. She constantly made sure I was comfortable and took her time during every step of the process, which I truly appreciated.
On top of that, my color came out absolutely amazing. Brittany really listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly — the dye job was even, vibrant, and exactly the look I was hoping for. While looking lost around the store yesterday Shamus stepped in to help his product knowledge was amazing helping me find what i need. He had great energy. I don't often come into the store but i might come in more after this experience.
